SPARKTOZ Use of this website
Terms & conditions
Last updated: 7 November 2026
These terms cover your use of the Sparktoz website. The details of each paid project are agreed separately in writing.
1. Using this website
You may browse and use this website for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, misuse its forms or copy and republish its content in a way that infringes someone’s rights.
By continuing to use the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.
2. Information and project enquiries
Website descriptions are general information about Sparktoz services. They are not a binding offer, quote, project schedule or promise that a particular service is available. A project begins only after the parties agree its scope and commercial terms in writing.
The contact form prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser. Opening WhatsApp transfers the draft to that service; it does not submit a booking or create a client relationship. Sparktoz receives your enquiry only if you send the message in WhatsApp.
3. Project scope, fees and delivery
For each engagement, the accepted proposal or service agreement should describe the work, deliverables, fees, payment milestones, taxes if applicable, timing, client inputs, review rounds, change requests and cancellation terms. Work outside the agreed scope may require a separate written approval and fee.
Project schedules depend on timely access, content, decisions and feedback from both sides. Any project-specific deadlines or acceptance process will be set out in the relevant agreement.
4. Content and intellectual property
The website’s text, graphics, visual designs and code are owned by or licensed to Infatoz Technologies LLP unless a different owner is identified. You may not reproduce or commercially use them without permission.
You keep ownership of materials you provide. You confirm that you have the rights needed for us to use those materials for the project. Rights in project deliverables, working files, source files, concepts, third-party assets and any licence for use will be stated in the accepted project agreement. No additional rights transfer is implied by a website enquiry or proposal alone.
5. Third-party tools and links
Some parts of a project may use third-party platforms, software, fonts, advertising networks, hosting, payment services or other tools. Those services have their own terms and availability. Their fees, licences, account ownership and responsibilities should be agreed in the project documentation.
Links on this website take you to external services. We do not control their content, security or privacy practices.
6. Availability and responsibility
We work to keep the website useful and available, but do not promise uninterrupted access or that every page will always be free of errors. Content may be updated or removed without notice.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sparktoz and Infatoz Technologies LLP are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of this general website information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Project-specific liability terms, if any, belong in the accepted project agreement.
7. Applicable law and changes
These website terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, subject to mandatory protections and rules of jurisdiction that apply to you. Disputes will be handled by a court or other forum with jurisdiction under applicable law.
We may revise these terms when the website or our services change. The updated date above shows the latest revision.
