SPARKTOZ Project arrangements
Cancellation & refunds
Last updated: 7 November 2026
Sparktoz provides tailored services, so cancellation and refund arrangements are confirmed in writing for each project before work begins.
1. Project-specific terms
Before you accept a proposal, review its scope, fees, payment milestones, timeline, cancellation process, third-party costs, deliverable handover and any refund terms. The accepted written proposal or separate service agreement governs those matters for that project, together with applicable law.
If a proposal does not address a cancellation or refund question, ask us to clarify it in writing before authorizing work or payment.
2. How to request a cancellation
Send a WhatsApp message to +91 70190 58591 with your name, business, project reference if you have one, and the date you want the request to take effect. We will confirm receipt and apply the cancellation terms in your project agreement.
A request does not by itself change agreed fees, pause ongoing work or cancel third-party arrangements. We will confirm any resulting scope, balance or next steps with you.
3. Refund requests
If you believe a refund is due, message us on WhatsApp with the project details and reason for the request. We will review the accepted agreement, work completed, payment records and applicable law, then respond in writing.
Any approved refund, amount, method and processing time will be confirmed with you. Third-party charges or purchases are handled as stated in the project agreement and subject to the relevant provider’s terms.
4. If Sparktoz needs to cancel or change a project
If we cannot continue a project or a material change is needed, we will contact you to discuss the options and apply the written project agreement and applicable law. The agreement should specify how any uncompleted work, advance payments, work product and third-party commitments are handled.
5. Statutory rights
This policy does not remove consumer or other legal rights that cannot be excluded. If a project agreement and this page are inconsistent, the agreement applies to the project only to the extent it is lawful; mandatory legal protections continue to apply.
