2. Information this website handles

• Technical request data: when a page loads, the hosting infrastructure necessarily receives technical information such as the requested page, time of request, IP address and browser/device details to deliver and protect the site.
• Project enquiry details: the form asks for your name and email, and optionally your phone, company, service interest, budget range and project description. It prepares a WhatsApp message in your browser. Opening the WhatsApp link transfers the message draft to WhatsApp/Meta; Sparktoz receives it only if you choose to send it in WhatsApp.
• Fonts: this site requests font stylesheets and font files from Google Fonts. Your browser connects to Google’s servers to retrieve them; see Google’s Privacy Policy.
• External contact links: if you choose WhatsApp or another external link, the relevant provider receives information according to its own service and privacy settings.

3. How we use information

We use information that reaches us to reply to enquiries, understand a requested project, prepare proposals, deliver agreed services, maintain business records and protect the website and our communications from misuse. We do not sell personal information or use this website’s current code to run advertising profiles or analytics campaigns.

4. When information is shared

We share information only as needed to operate the service or respond to you. 5. WhatsApp enquiries and retention

The website does not submit the form directly to Sparktoz. It builds a message and opens WhatsApp with the draft. WhatsApp/Meta receives the text when that link opens; Sparktoz receives the enquiry only if you send the message in WhatsApp. If it reaches us, we retain it for as long as needed to answer you, manage a resulting business relationship and meet applicable legal or record-keeping requirements.

6. Your choices and requests

You can choose not to start an enquiry and leave optional form fields blank. You may use WhatsApp to ask what personal information we hold about you, request a correction or deletion, withdraw a permission you previously gave where applicable, or raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify your identity before acting and may retain information where the law allows or requires it.

We will handle requests and grievances under the privacy laws that apply to the situation.

7. Security, children and external sites

We use reasonable measures for the website and business communications, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. This business website is intended for adults and business representatives. Please do not submit a child’s personal information through it.
